No pre-registration is necessary. Just show up and you'll be welcomed in!
All of our workshops are free to all!
All workshops will be held at The Mental Health Association in Tompkins County in the City Centre building on the Ithaca Commons. The full address is 171 E State St Suite 275, Ithaca, NY 14850.
